It seem to me that men are typically prone to use force for power while women, when they become mothers, tend toward protectionism for their offspring. Complications come from miscommunication.
Yes very true. Communication is key. The only reason for having this protective drive is because the consciousness terrain is predatory, where the strongest exerts itself over the peaceful. We create the terrain by our beliefs.

Thanks, this is such a thoughtful piece and there are many things here ripe for further thought. One that immediately strikes me is the idea that language is the answer to everything. I'm far less convinced it is for this reason, language is a metaphor, and like all metaphors it is a substitute and an interuption to the real experience; it is a map not the territory. We are a species, I would argue, that because we developed language have put far too much store by its value. Most problems, it could be argued, could be solved, or even entirely avoided if we only remained silent. Nature does what she does without record or commentary.
