Introduction
This is a dynamic document, because nothing is more certain than change. This document has the facility for change built into it. It encourages discussion and empowers each human to live as a sovereign. It offers a proposal system. We are moving from the slave/master structure of child/parent (or vertical hierarchy) to a horizontal structure of adult/adult (or peer-to-peer).
Rather than a pyramid structure where the vast majority are at the bottom and a ruling class at the top, this new structure is more like a hub-and-spoke model where each human is sovereign, and network with other sovereigns. It is a perception change where there are no rulers but rather adults recognizing each other as peers and arriving at their own consensus.
Many will balk at the word “patriarchy” but that is a risk truth must take. We do indeed live in a male-designed milieu which is easily evidenced. There is no other more accurate word for this structure. If the term discomforts you then that is a sign you may wish to examine further. Our conditioning often blinds us. Usually the mention of this word incites avoidance and even hostility. However patriarchy is a program that is very insidious and has its protections built into it. It is deeply embedded into everyone’s psyche and it is difficult to be aware of it. Identifying it and extracting it are the first steps to dissolving it and reprogram it into the direction of balance, fairness and reason. Ignoring the program will allow it to continue its momentum and run us without our awareness. This syndrome is destructive but it only takes identifying it to dissolve it. We need to get a hold of it rather than it taking a hold on us.
Patriarchy disregards the intelligence of half the population. It is lopsided so that society is tilted out of balance, inverted. The harmonious way is to be in balance, to hear as many perspectives as possible. That can’t happen if you leave out hearing one whole side of humanity! Balance is in tune with nature, and diversity is the main factor for resilience and continuity. When we are in balance, life will flip easily into making sense. Being in balance is the fountainhead of wholeness, strength and vigor.
Recognizing that each of us is sovereign is how nature designed it. You are sovereign, as am I, as is everyone. This takes a long leap of new thinking - going from the master/slave belief system that we are currently in, to a belief system where there are no masters and no slaves, and we are all of equal status. The wave will start with the few who recognize the program and look for a pathway out of it. It won’t be something that comes in like a massive wave - at first. It starts slowly and gains momentum as we each use our voice to educate others. This document is written to empower each sovereign to build a path out of this labyrinth, while also having their feet in the current paradigm. We need to step out of it at least in some ways and feel the new water.
A new model will create a new epoch. There is no escaping this. All of the following stepping stones are doable things, things that anyone can take up if they so choose. Even though there are many pressures and tricks to life - it is always up to us — that is the message of this sovereign paradigm — it is always up to us. This short maxim is truly the kernel of wisdom. Coupled with our creative energies, we can make the enslavement of humanity fade into the past and go forward with vigor and optimism.

Preamble
Paragraphs 1–15:
Women were not included in making the existing patriarchal laws therefore we declare that the laws cannot apply to women. Any fair man would say the same thing — if the laws did not have a balance of male to female as the proper ratio that represents the demographic, then the laws are illegitimate, biased, and exclusionary. The law was not made with the proper representation of women who consist of more than 50 percent of the population throughout time and within all natural demographics.
Below are the principals that we believe will equip humanity for living in a new paradigm of health, balance, synergy and compassionate self-direction, rather than competition, greed and obedience.
Sovereigns who adopt this blueprint in part or whole, will be engaging new systems that aim to accommodate everyone,not just the few. Sovereigns who freely adopt the principles written here will demonstrate the new earth by their own adoption of new practices. This blueprint is open to all and welcomes all, whether in full agreement or otherwise, and of any sex or age. Human potential can be viewed optimistically, We must revalue life in terms of the enjoyment we derive from it, and the care we show to each other and most of all to our habitat. Money that comes from debt is an instrument that enslaves the majority. It must be superseded by a money system that is used as money was meant to be used - as a tool to enhance our lives, as a measure of energy. Enjoyment, satisfaction, and excellence must become our priorities. This blueprint is a transition from barbarity and conformity towards systems that foster harmony with the earth, with each other and that consider the future of all generations.
Nothing is more certain than change. Therefore laws can only be legitimate if they make provision for change. In this digital age, change happens faster than earlier times. We must not rely on systems that are centuries old and that keep us hobbled and hampered. When the idea of law came along, times were very different than they are today, information traveled slowly. No law can be applied to all circumstances therefore the notion of law causes absurdities to occur. Change needs to be a primary factor in law. We need to be able to make change promptly and also coherently.
The process for changing a clause in this blueprint is smooth and timely. It allows time for discussion, analysis and reflection. It has the provision for change and it also ensures coherence. Nature does this too by utilizing “the critical mass” factor. Humans can do this by ensuring a high approval rate. Approval rates need to be validated in order to have accuracy. An approval rate of something in the order of 70% — 80% demonstrates an approval by a vast majority and we must seek to appeal to the greatest number. A 100% approval rate may be ideal however it doesn’t allow for actions to occur quickly enough. Any approval rate that we arrive at must be done according to a system of consensus, not just a rate that someone or some group decided. The days when a supervisor decides for everyone need to go. Excellence requires data to be accurate and built through an environment of transparency.
The new consciousness must hold respect for everyone’s time to be considered equally valuable. That means that the janitor’s time is equally as valuable to him as the scientist’s time is to her. Time is life.
Our lives are filled with procedure much of it unnecessary. Procedure should be about ease and not complicated. We have the tools today to make procedure flexible so that it caters to individual needs, not just to make a complicated process easier manage. Procedure must have the flexibility to change quickly to keep up with this fast-paced era. The least we can expect of the advancements of the 21st century is that we can make adjustments quickly, accurately and coherently, since we have the technology for this now. Procedure is secondary to the well-being, creativity and freedom of humans, however both can exist in concordance with each other. We needn’t sacrifice one for the other. Procedure and indeed systems overall, must be driven by simplification of process and ease of application. Otherwise why have procedure at all?
The ideology of force is strenuously renounced. All earthlings are free. Humans have equal worth regardless of ability. Force is a curse on free people everywhere. It is the enemy of sovereignty. We have been trained to accept that force is necessary however there is no other method that has been tried. Instead of force, encouraging desirable behaviors, and discouraging undesirable behaviors will be used instead. Humans are social beings - encouragement may be enough to change habits. We must build cultures around the central idea that all beings are free. Free speech and reason is the terrain that can replace force.
Discussion and education must determine what constitutes desirable and non-desirable behavior and a consensus sought. Indeed, consensus is the best way to arrive at conclusions on matters that affect many. Conclusions even though they may be made by consensus, must however, never be forced upon another. Consensus must be used merely as a guide. This may be enough, we need to try it before we impose punishments. Indeed the idea of punishment too,needs to be reformed. Most likely there is no need for punishment when we recognize our sovereignty and the sovereignty of others and do so in an atmosphere of free speech and encouragement.
Solving conflicts satisfactorily requires discussion, consultation and negotiation, and often tenacity. Conflicts are inevitable in a free society with individuals holding a plethora of varying opinions. Individual opinion must be celebrated therefore we must enable individuals to resolve conflicts without the dread or distress it causes today. Walking away from a problem tends to make it snowball. We don’t learn how to solve when we avoid. Strangely, our culture offers no method to resolve conflicts in a smooth way that satisfies all parties. If freedom truly is the bastion of our society and something we hold as unalienable, then we must be able to at least express our own opinions without fear of retribution, censorship or hostility.
The system below is specifically designed to find consensus. It is called the Egalitarian Proposal System. This system is explained in the link at Item # 164. We hold that laws must fully involve the voice of those whom they affect, otherwise they should be regarded as illegitimate. The Egalitarian Proposal System fosters pure and direct democracy — where every person has equal voice. This means they can speak when they desire. Women have been left out from being invited to the table when laws were drafted and passed, and now we can start a new era where everyone - including children - have a voice on their self-determination.
In replacement of law, we propose principles. Principles were carried by many indigenous tribes. Laws restrict creativity and the evolution of human beings, as they do not recognize exceptions. Laws that are administered uniformly are tyrannical. Laws are non-dynamic and unable to keep up with unforeseen consequences and are made by select individuals. Laws have operated against individual sovereignty. We can do better. Laws are cumbersome and unsuited to the digital age. They take up masses of volumes of books which need study thus leaving it to the initiated. People who cannot afford lawyers are left out. Nothing is surer than change therefore laws cannot go into perpetuity without an end date or a review date. Laws stultify our evolution. If laws are to be had, they must be reviewed at regular intervals, decided by consensus and according to applicability.
Principles however do go into perpetuity. Principals prevail, while laws constantly need to change if they are to keep up with changes in society. The reality is however that laws rarely change and usually go on without any end in sight. They take years to change causing distortions and convolutions in society. Principles such as the Golden Rule (Do unto Others) on the other hand, are perennial. The systems recommended below are in keeping with convictions and values that elevate humanity. If we believe in freedom, it means everyone has the freedom to speak and to travel according to their desires. The earth belongs to all.
Censorship is abhorrent to free people in a free society. When speech is found to be offensive, the proper recourse is to use speech again, and preferably rational speech, not to stifle speech. Censorship must never be resorted to, or if it is, it must be in the most extreme of circumstances. This ensures that only those who pose physical harm would be censored, and this is how we can identify psychopaths and keep them at bay. Psychopaths thrive in secrecy. Censorship is not good for us because it reduces the data we need to make informed decisions. It is only through discussion and debate that a free society can thrive. Censorship must be vigorously confronted the moment it rears its head. Free speech is the bedrock of freedom. We must strive to build equality-based systems in everything we do. This will put an end to class distinctions and domination of some over others. Every human must be free to express themselves.
No one can have jurisdiction over another. It is the height of tyranny to claim jurisdiction over someone other than oneself. The proliferation of life, body autonomy and diversity must be held with the utmost inviolability. Our systems must be in harmony with these values as this is in accordance with nature.
Time is the stuff of life therefore our time and the time of others must be respected inter-mutually. All rights granted to ourselves, must also be granted to others. We have never been free beings on this earth and now we must learn it anew Our minds need reprogramming out of the enslaved mentality that has burdened us for eons. Upholding the maxim that everyone is equal and everyone’s time is equally valuable must be the new charter. Everything built upon it will be strong. All our systems must be constructed to uphold this grand ideal — that everyone’s time is equally valuable.
Each of us is here for our own experience and our own journey. When we have wronged another, atonement can repair harmony. Agreements must be made willingly and never under duress. When one breaks an agreement,an atonement can be negotiated between the parties. We need to re-learn how to be integrated humans. Those who wish to take this journey can begin by being guided by the balance of the feminine and the masculine. This will enter us into a totally new epoch.
The Calendar
16. Calendars are about time arrangement. Adopting a calendar that is in tune with our cycles will commemorate the start of a new era — the era where we choose our time arrangement. The 13 moon calendar can be adopted as a secondary calendar. The 13 moon calendar brings humanity into alignment with nature’s natural rhythms. http://lawoftime.org/home.html
17. The Gregorian calendar was created out of the vanity of kings and makes no logical sense. The 13 moon calendar can be notated in parentheses after citing the Gregorian calendar date. It can be cited this way for the first few years to familiarize with it. After widespread acceptance, it could be swapped so that the 13 moon calendar would be cited first and the Gregorian calendar second and in parentheses, or dropped altogether. On July 26th of 2020, a new century was begun. The 2000 numbering system or 4 digits was replaced by a three-digit notation — 000. Thus the new century has 3 digits not 4. This differentiates between the new era and the old era. The date is notated this way:

18. The 13 moon calendar has 13 consistent months. This is in harmony with the cycles of the moon. Each moon (month) consists of 28 days, equaling 4 weeks. Each week has 7 days. Each week of the month is represented by colors — the first week of the month is red, the second is white, the third is blue and the fourth is yellow. This sequence repeats every month. Every day of the month begins, ends and falls on the same day every month throughout the year. Every subsequent year, the start day of each month changes to the next day due to the “Day Out Of Time”, the 365th day. This makes for a consistent calendar which takes very little brain power to manage. It makes our lives easier and brings us back into synchronicity with natural cycles because of its repetitive nature.
19. New Year’s Eve is called “The Day Out Of Time” and falls on the last day of the year - July 25th. It is the only day that is color-coded green and the only day that doesn’t have a date. The next day, July 26th, is the first day of the year of the 13 moon calendar. It falls in midsummer in the Northern Hemisphere.
20. Our adage is that Time is Life and that Life is Art. We repudiate the idea that time is money.
21. A modified 13 moon calendar simplifies the calendar grid from the Mayan grid. We merely refer to the 13 moon calendar for the date and leave it up to the individual to delve deeper. Each day can be named the same as the Gregorian calendar to avoid confusion (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, etc) rather than the Mayan names (Limi, Silio, Dali, etc) Many other Mayan factors in the calendar can be left out for ease of use as they are not necessary. Using the 13 moon calendar resets our cycles so they are more in keeping with the moon cycles. It removes the time distortion that keeps us out of synchrony with natural cycles.
22. In order to support that idea that everyone’s time is equally important, we advocate that any system of wages or salaries, pay everyone the same hourly rate, no matter what the job. A system that reflects our value of equality can be based on time that is equally valued. It is a sound basis for a truly supported egalitarian society. However, freedom to negotiate is always open as we repudiate any form of slavery, force or coercion.
Information
23. Information is of paramount value. Information is the real wealth. Data is key! It is what allows history to be properly recorded and thus our ability to build on it without having to “reinvent the wheel”. Its integrity must be primary.
24. Access to information must be available openly. When information is suppressed it leaves us ignorant and in the dark. Ignorance can only be remedied by information that is easily accessible for all. It also gives us the ability to build on accurate data and advance our human family.
25. We reject secrecy in public affairs. Secrecy is a vehicle for corruption. Knowledge builds civilization therefore information must be allowed to flow freely.
Nature
26. We live in accordance with the concept of abundance. Nature is abundant, therefore we must apply this new principle in our human constructs.
27. We reject the concept of scarcity. We believe that money can be reconfigured for abundance rather than for scarcity/deficiency.
28. We believe that nature has everything we need and supplies everything in surplus. We simply require our systems to align with this perception.
29. Lack of resources (scarcity) indicates that extraction of resources is happening at a faster rate than the rate of replenishment. Lack must be seen as a signal from nature that we need to review our behavior and rate of usage.
Enjoyment
30. Although they work together enjoyment must be the prime criteria of all systems and processes. Order is a close second. Positive life experience (happiness) must be paramount.
31. Enjoyment comes from living in the present and following our heart’s desire. Enjoyment is everyone’s birthright. We need to learn to live in the present. Doing so develops our full potential, and provides access to the breadth of abundance. “Be here now” is a maxim we hold as hallowed. Plans have their place, however no one can know the future and indeed we are creating the future as we go, and by what we do in the present.
32. Humans get better at anything we practice. We will begin by practicing a new trust in our own ability, and in each other’s ability. We elevate and assist each other. Such a path facilitates our unity rather than our separation.
33. We favor the “Goldilocks Ratio”, a harmonic balance of an ideal range. This ratio can be used as a threshold for evaluating quality. Nothing is 100% perfect therefore an optimum setting could be an 80% approval rating. The remaining 20% allow a bit of wiggle room for exceptions and deviations from “the ideal”. In other words, we endeavor to do “the right thing” 80% of the time, while allowing ourselves and others some relief for error. These ratios are guides to spur discussion. Each person can sets their own ratios,it is mentioned simply to facilitate more awareness. The 80:20 ratio is recommended as the threshold for passing a vote in the Egalitarian Proposal System.
34. Accurate appraisals can be made quickly when we notice ratios rather than instances. It enables us to take a quick “snapshot” of a situation, a “big picture” view. We can work faster and smarter if we don’t concentrate on a small ratio that may be objectionable rather than see a large ratio that is advantageous. For example, in a job — perhaps 20% is objectionable but 80% is positive. Working out your satisfaction level makes it easier to make a decision. We need not tie ourselves up in knots over petty or infrequent objectionables. We are better served to look at what makes up the 80% and this often gives us a clearer picture, and quickly. In voting we must set out to find what appeals to the greatest number. Finding broad approval gives a clearer depiction of the peoples’ desires. Fifty-one percent is too insufficient, it is only 1% more than randomness, it pleases only half a population and displeases the other half. That is a woefully insufficient consensus. An 80% approval rate pleases a wide spectrum. Unanimity is of course the ideal, however projects would be immobilized by deliberation and very little would get actioned. We must avoid it to because it can put power in the hands of only one person.
35. Unanimous consensus is something to be aimed for - to please everybody. We need to leave ourselves open to ideas that are new, or unusual, even though it may not be achievable to satisfy everyone 100%. Opportunity for the unusual is accommodated in the Egalitarian Proposal System because anyone can submit a proposal. And it is up to them to make it appealing to the rest of the constitutents.
36. Intention is a prime dynamic. The intention to make enjoyment primary will redirect us towards a synergistic and empowered society. Intention clarifies and propels our desires into manifestation. We must be cognizant of the quality of intention.
37. We have been trained to prepare for things to go wrong but not for things to go right. We need to re-imagine what it is to live optimally. It is more satisfying to aim high and miss, than to aim low and succeed. Optimism and goodwill can replace pessimism and paranoia when we have the right systems available.
36. Each person must have the opportunity and freedom to discover their true self and the genius of their own uniqueness. This is aided by the will to help one another — thus others help us, and this raises us all. In a society such as this, we feel strengthened, supported and dignified.
38. Culture has trained us to steer from our true path since birth by layering the will of others upon our own will. We must relearn the art of listening to our “inner signals” to help us discover our own true path. Each one is on their own unique journey. Taking time to listen to each other and allow each person to express ourselves to satisfaction, fosters empathy. And this increases everyone’s happiness. As we learn to do this, exchanges become more pleasant and satisfying. The quality of our communications are the foundations of this new social structure. We cannot complete projects together if we don’t know how to communicate equitably.
Technology
39. We believe that we are at a level of technological capability that enables us to provide the most wondrous lives imaginable — nutritious food, clean water, clean air, proper shelter, education and internet service for everyone in the world. There is every opportunity today for everyone to live comfortably.
40. Our prime imperative must be to bring everyone in the world to a decent standard of living and free every human and every animal from hardship and deprivation.
Meat eating
41. We believe that eating meat is natural because it occurs in nature. Humans are the only species that have the ability to choose to eat without cruelty, or we can choose to not eat meat at all.
42. We understand that eating meat is not inherently wrong, however the quality of the animal’s life is the responsibility of the carnivore. We must know where our food comes from and ensure that animals live in the way intended for their species.
43. We need to free all animals from the torture chambers of the meat industry and we need to do it determinately, steadfastly and peacefully.
Coherence
44. With the elements in this vast tapestry of nature all working simultaneously, the formulas in the universe are naturally geared towards coherence. It all happens seamlessly. Humans would be wise to understand the importance of aligning ourselves with that coherence. Aligning ourselves to nature is the surest means to experiencing happiness and satisfaction. When allowed to unfold in an organic and unforced manner, we are more in tune with nature and each other and less stymied by artificial constructs. It enables us to maintain supplies as nature is abundant if we live within its formula.
45. Emotions have been sorely ignored in the current social configurations. In order to reach our full potential as individuals, we need to hold emotions as important. We need to be at peace to do this and have ample time to ponder our own unrushed thoughts.
46. The universe may appear indifferent but through coherence and alignment, an order enables all desires to become manifest. The formulas of the universe must be studied so that we may avail ourselves of its richness.
47. We grow up with a “default program” that is imprinted on our psyche by our culture and environment. Beliefs underlie our behavior and emotions. These beliefs were imposed on us without our awareness when we came onto earth. Our culture was thrust onto us whether we liked it or not. Beliefs go into the subconscious and often hide there. They are the automatic thoughts, responses and emotions that become habitual. Beliefs however can be changed. When we are illuminated by awareness, imagination and consciousness, we can restructure and change our beliefs. A computer analogy is like bringing our hidden beliefs into “RAM” consciousness because only in the forefront of our mind can we work on them rather than their remaining in the dark “sub conscious”.
48. We can rewrite the “default program” that made us feel degraded so that we regain confidence in our abilities and see that we are actually magnificent, sublime, synergistic creatures. As is all life. With that as our foundation, we are able to build towards the optimum.
49. The understanding that creative imagination can be the determinant of our future experience, heralds a new phase of our expanding consciousness. This expansion will place humanity on a new footing. New belief systems will build on our capacities allowing us to bloom grandly. Though it may be slow at first, an exponential curve of advancement will emerge for all humankind. We will now move from the chronic belief we have been inured with — which is that we are inherently flawed to a belief in our capabilities and our good nature.
Education
50. We advocate that internet access be available to everyone in the world that requests it. We need to sharpen our thinking and start discussing how we can achieve this. Providing internet access to the world, particularly the emerging nations, will ensure self-sufficiency and access to all the information available. This will have the effect of reducing dependency and raising all human-kind.
51. Censorship must become a thing of the past much like feeding Christians to the lions. Whosoever tries to inhibit or prohibit speech, be it vocally or written, or via any other medium, must be viewed as an assailant upon our birthright. It is our inherent birthright to express ourselves. Censorship must be viewed as an attempt to procure advantage over others by limiting their access to expression or information. As we know now, information is the real wealth.
52. Information must be allowed to flow freely to all, without hindrance. In an open society, those who impose hindrances to information must be called out. It needs to be considered anti-social to withhold information.
53. Teaching must be a fluid process. Fluidity, not rigidity, needs to be the new dynamics of learning. There is no hierarchy between the student and the teacher. If left to be organic, student and teacher roles would fluctuate based on levels of knowledge, expertise, experience, etc. A good teacher is soon surpassed by a good student. And soon enough, they too will be surpassed. And this is how we advance. No superiority/inferiority is placed on students or teachers in an equitable society.
54. Schools need to dispense with the grouping of students by age. Schools could be open places of learning, giving 24/7 access to classes of all types scheduled throughout the day and night for any age.

56. Students must never be forced to learn any subject they do not wish to learn. The student’s natural curiosity will inspire them to seek out learning basics such as reading and writing, though even these subjects must not be forced upon them.
57. The best we can do as free humans is to encourage desirable behaviors and discourage undesirable behaviors. We must learn to use this method automatically, and extinguish our drive for supremacy or control. We must jettison the idea of eradicating problems and rather cultivate coexistence, diversity and transparency. We must understand that thinking in terms of eradicating anything goes against nature. It is destructive not creative. It goes against yourself because what you do to others, will come back to you. Everything has the same right to life as we give to our self. Rather than think in terms of eradication, we must find other ways, such as dedicating a section of crops for pests, etc.
58. Force is an admission of failure to convince or persuade intelligently, combined with a desire to manipulate the will of another. Force is the expression of a person’s inability to communicate with equals. It is an admission of a superiority complex. We must strive for equality, not superiority or inferiority. Force retards us from the needed practice that enables us to develop optimum communication skills, without which humanity will be more prone to plunge itself again, into belittlement, conflict and war.
59. Conflict and disagreement will always be a part of human experience because everyone is a free individual. Freedom of speech must always be upheld. Freedom of speech is the ordinary person’s only safeguard against armies and despots. Since conflict is baked-in to a free society we therefore need to design and develop systems that retrain us to deal with conflict in a satisfying way for all parties. We need to equip ourselves with strategies to manage disagreements in our personal relationships. We must practice expressing ourselves while also allowing others to express themselves. The proposal system mentioned in Addendum #164 below (the Egalitarian Proposal System) exhibits a way to do this. It is imperative that we train ourselves to manage conflict satisfactorily because conflict can spoil even the most well-planned projects and endeavors.
60. We must learn to see perpetrators of force as sufferers of emotional dis-ease. Even though we must have compassion for them it is imperative that it be called out. Humanity has been held captive by sociopaths and we must learn to identify sociopathy whenever it arises. Knowledge of emotional wisdom must be easily available to all and the schools will teach this knowledge and teach it from an early age to equip students for dealing with everyday life. Strategies for communicating through reason, reciprocity and flexibility will replace the notion of force. Force disenfranchises another’s right to freedom. Persuasion, convincement and negotiation must be used instead, if we are to rise from the barbarism depths and onto a free and peaceful existence.
61. We heartily recommend the work of Marshall Rosenberg’s “Non-Violent Communication”. It is preferable to refer to it as Compassionate Communication or Peaceful Communication to avoid word spells — using the term violence elicits violence in our imagination. The psyche cannot project the “non”, in its imager it perceives the subject or verb that is spoken — in this case, violence. This is the nature of word spells. It occurs whenever the word “not” is used such as don’t, can’t, won’t. However using the word “compassion” or “peaceful” instead causes the psyche to visualize compassion and this changes the frequency of the term. These concepts are new and have not been taught yet, they have been hidden by the occult. Indeed even Ph.D’s such as Marshall Rosenberg seemed unaware of these word spells! Methods such compassionate communication can help us return to who we truly are before our frequencies were manipulated and usurped. Mistakes
62. Nothing is 100% constant, nor would it be desirable that it be that way. Leave a little wiggle room for yourself and others. No need to be austere — we are here to do our best but we are also here to enjoy ourselves. Be flexible, be open (or in other words…don’t be anal!)
63. Mistakes must be viewed as learning moments rather than opportunities to beat up on ourselves or others. We must welcome mistakes and understand they are learning mechanisms. Currently mistakes are used as bludgeons to subdue us when we make them. We are made to feel shame for making them or we get fined for making them. This must change — mistakes are part of life and part of learning and evolving.
64. When culture is based on learning from mistakes rather than being shamed by them, the path to our goals will require less effort, and become more stimulating, enjoyable and synergistic. The stress of making a mistake and feeling silly will instead be viewed as a milestone on the way to learning something new.
65. We begin practicing assisting each other in finding and reaching our full potential. That means that each help others and others will be helping us.

Footprint
67. Living within a low pollution and consumption footprint is paramount.
68. We need to face the reality of our high global population and the effect this causes upon other species and upon nature and her ability to replenish the resources we consume. Discussion of family sizes should be of public interest and discussion. Consensus may be found by utilizing the Egalitarian Proposal System.
69. Trying to accommodate the fulfillment of everyone’s desires requires new ways of thinking and behaving. Our consumptive habits need to be modified so that we incrementally reduce polluting habits and replace them with clean and restorative habits.
70. We must start immediately to lower our footprint and continue until we return the earth to its ideal regenerative levels. Recognition for those who do this will speed up the process and incentivize positive action.
71. We must remain within the replenishment rate of nature at all times. This is key for survival, for our thriving and for resources to be available to future generations. We must respect all species.
72. Though our habits must be aligned with nature and exercised consistently, we also recognize that we must not be pedantic either. It’s ok to enjoy a long shower every now and then, for example. Austerity is crude and unnecessary. We must always be aware of the dislocation of others, including other species, in the pursuit of our desires. We must respect their freedoms. Conscious awareness of this is the way to ensure our own freedoms.
73. We recommend a new monetary system. A system that does not have banks as the issuers of the money. Usury (the charging of interest) is a criminal enterprize. It is the prime cause of the enslavement of humanity.
74. The technology is available to launch an easily-understood and simple accounting system (ie: currency) right now, and is only a matter of will to proceed. An alternative currency to the existing bank-issued currency, is one of the most far-reaching undertakings we could make to free ourselves. Freedom means having options and if we only have one currency, it means we do not have options. The ideal is having local currencies and these can be networked for portability.
Waste
75. There are enough resources for all of life to live abundantly. There is no need for austerity or scarcity. However waste must be averted if we wish to live in a pristine environment.
76. Methods for reusing and re-purposing already-produced resources must be energetically and creatively pursued rather than resorting to mining virgin resources or purchasing newly-manufactured products. Such repurposing behaviors are best to be recorded and recognized because we value what is recorded, that is simply a reality.
77. The waste from unecessary packaging waste should be returned to the retail outlet it was purchased from. That should make change happen quickly as it puts some responsibility onto the store, not just on the consumer. The environment is everyone’s responsibility.
78. Extraction of virgin resources must be vigorously discouraged. Rewards should go to those who are prudent and restorative with resources. Reclaiming waste to be made into useful or artful projects should be given consideration and value (such as making paving from recycled plastics).
79. Resources belong to everyone who is alive today and also those who will be alive in the future. We must ensure a continued availability for future generations. We must not live high at their expense. However when we have a system that supports regeneration, we will experience unprecedented abundance as well as cleanliness in the environment.
80. Meat that is discarded is an insult to the animal that died for our sustenance. Meat should be consumed in gratitude. Animals that die for our nourishment should be honored by us for taking its life in order to sustain our own. We must only get the meat that will be eaten and not throw it away.
81. Human excrement must not be disposed of into the water supply. Bio waste was meant to go into the soil, where it undergoes microbial conversion into humus which builds soil. This also ensures nutrient replenishment of our food supply and that of other species, and keeps the natural cycle going. Disposing effluent into the water is environmental vandalism.
82. Human and animal wastes are important ingredients in the soil’s connection to the life cycle and provides “information” to the soil for the plants to know what nutrients to produce. There is no need for artificial fertilizers when the carbon cycle is utilized properly. Dead carcasses should not go into cemeteries but into the soil where nutrients are needed.
83. Composting toilets and water retention systems must be part of new building codes. Building codes need to be thoroughly updated to reflect sustainability, passive solar orientations, restorative processes and localized food production.
Animals
84. The concept of killing animals is discouraged but is considered in-keeping with nature as long as the animals are farmed in accordance with the particular species’ nature (eg: living on grass, not concrete)
85. Killing for sport will be considered an act of barbarianism, except when required for food.
86. Every living creature matters. Animals must be given the status of sentient beings.
87. CAFO farms (Concentrated Animal Feeding Operations) are abominations of our fellow creatures and are vigorously condemned.
88. Animals in CAFO farms must be released gently into loving farms and caretaker homesteads.

Pesticides
90. Rather than kill insects or vermin, every effort must be made to repel, distract or relocate these organisms. We may offer them a sectioned-off part of our land and produce in compensation, or employ natural predators. We must learn to live in coexistence with them. Coexistence, diversity and transparency are key.
91. Extermination must be a last resort — not a first resort. Every effort must be made to relocate rather than exterminate.
92. Organizations that specialize in relocation of insect pests must be encouraged. We must avoid engaging or supporting industries that exterminate.
93. Rethinking our entire ecosystem, we must recognize the importance of every species and ensure the diversity of the ecosystem. We must think in terms of thriving rather than merely surviving.
Science
94. Current science is the knowledge of the seen world. It downplays or ignores other phenomena such as consciousness and frequency. Medical science ignores that we are electrical beings. Matter is a subset of consciousness. Science needs to upgrade to this new understanding.
95. Though science is one of the best tools we have at this time, we recognize the insufficiency of science to explain all phenomena.
96. We understand that science is also evolving and will eventually adopt many of the theories it currently renounces. While science is funded by bank-issued money, its veracity cannot be relied upon.
97. Claims of truth, including claims made by science, must be questioned, investigated, openly discussed and debated.
98. We must develop a questioning mind. Everything ought to be questioned, including science. Truth is always capable of withstanding scrutiny. Any science that ridicules questions puts itself outside the definition of science because science is based on curiosity and questioning.
Trust
99. One of the few things Ronald Reagan said that was admirable was “Trust but verify”. We must learn to make trust the “default program”. Unless we have clear reason to think otherwise of someone, it is better for our psyche to trust before taking our mind into suspicious territory until we have all the facts.
100. We must train ourselves to assume that people will be cooperative rather than uncooperative, though we must always understand that a person has every freedom to not cooperate. It is every human’s birthright to do as they please and everyone’s time is their own to live as they see fit. Learning to trust as a first resort (rather than use suspicion as the first resort) will make us mentally healthier. It will tend to make us put effort into living up to the trust others place in us and the same goes when we do this for others. Practicing trust will retrain us to develop discernment which we have lost from eons of mindlessly following rules and laws instead of instincts and intuition.
Money
101. Money should never be treated as a commodity where it is bought and sold. It must be purely a measurement. It must not appreciate or depreciate. It must be totally neutral in value. Any money system that does this means it is not equitable. If money has to be loaned, then the system is admitting it cannot live up to providing proper standards.
102. Money has been used as a tool of domination, subjugation, immorality and abrogation of personal responsibility, as well as the cause of environmental decimation and species obliteration. Only because it has had to be “borrowed” and interest charged to use it.
103. The fundamentals of money elicits untrustworthiness and provokes advantage over others. Money based on usury is the root of the world’s savagery.
104. Money encourages wrongdoing and wantonness, rather than conscientiousness, compassion, cooperation and synergistic outcomes. Money absolves responsibility for immorality. Money pressures good people into having to be avaricious, tight-fisted and coercive, even if it is not in the nature of the person.
105. Money as we know it has always given precedence to humankind’s lowest characteristics of greed and self-interest. Bank issuance and charging of interest cause perversity in the mechanics of the energy flow of money.
106. We recommend that the monetary system be reconstructed to incentivize the better side of human attributes. We can abandon bank-issued money altogether and start a new monetary architecture. We need a form of recordkeeping if we are to be a sophisticated society. We need data, especially for supply and demand so that we do not over or under produce, and so we may produce the right things close to their destination. We do not need banks any more to transfer numbers.
107. Characteristics that money could be based on are — time, appreciation, low pollution/water footprint, hemp or kenaf or something that is not finite. A money system incentivizes behavior therefore we must design systems that cause the least disruption to nature. Transactions could be recorded using software that allows money to go directly from the payer into the payee’s account — no need for banks or middlemen. Bank money is 97% electronic and only 3% physical, therefore the need for banks is obsolete now that we are in the digital age.

109. The dollar could be based on a tangible asset, one that would benefit humankind such as a quantity of hemp seeds (for example $1 = 1 gram of hemp seed). Hemp is unlimited and can be used for a myriad of products as well as a soil restorer, paper, biofuel, paint, building materials, insulation, health food, animal bedding, plastics, fabrics, rope and more.
110. The important thing is to comprehend the fact that money is merely a concept, it is an accounting system, it is a game, and is entirely arbitrary. Therefore it is up to humans to decide its parameters.
Cannabis Economy
111. Cannabis (marijuana and hemp) must be totally liberated from any restriction in its growth or development.
112. Hemp is an easy-to-grow plant and could be the backing of an economy as it is needed as an industrial product. Marijuana is more difficult to grow and needs to be grown in greenhouses and that could make the backing of a currency. It is also an extraordinary health product. Hemp will help us get off fossil fuels as it is rapidly-renewable and an infinite resource (unlike gold or metals).
113. Hemp can replace petrochemical plastics entirely.
114. Hemp is compostable as are its products.
115. Houses made from a hemp and lime mix (commercially called “Hempcrete) save 50%-80% of energy use as well as the material having fireproof, termite-proof and rodent-proof properties.
116. Hemp has no Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC’s) in it. These features render hemp a favorable material for building, relieving sufferers of allergies and chemical sensitivities.
117. One acre of hemp yields as much paper as four acres of trees, and that is within one season as opposed to ten to fifteen years for trees.
118. No dioxins are needed to bleach hemp paper therefore less pollution than tree-based paper.
119. Hemp does not need pesticides or herbicides to grow and a lot less water than cotton when used for textiles.
120. Hemp can be used as a soil remediator having the capacity to draw out toxins, heavy metals and mercury from the soil.
121. Hemp seeds are the most nutritious and complete food on earth.
122. Hemp oil can be used in cuisine, to make paint, biofuel and in skin care products.

124. The cotton industry uses 30%-50% of the worlds’ pesticides and has an extremely high water requirement. Hemp fabrics are durable and can be used as a replacement for cotton, eliminating a significant volume of pesticides, fertilizers and water.
125. Hemp is the low THC variety of cannabis. Marijuana is the high THC variety. Kenaf, (hibiscus cannabinis) is in almost all ways, similar to hemp and has no prohibition on it and can be used freely without fear of legal ramification.
126. Cannabinoids in hemp produce a healing oil which is a treatment for many serious diseases such as Parkinson’s, Alzheimer’s, seizures, neuro-degnerative diseases, cancers and other diseases. 127. Adherents to this blueprint condemn the prohibition of any of nature’s botanicals.
Patents and Copyrights
128. We recognize the speed of the technological revolution. Old ideas such as patents and copyrights are increasingly incompatible with the attributes of the digital age which favor speed and simplicity. They are incongruent to an egalitarian society as they stem the flow of information.
129. We unequivocally reject the concept of intellectual property, patents and copyrights. They deny the contributions made by earlier inventors and discoverers, especially those whose work created the infrastructure that was developed through cultural, commercial and scientific struggles, and that enabled subsequent inventions. Copying is the most natural thing in the world — it is what allows us to build on the earlier ideas and inventions instead of having to “reinvent the wheel”. We wouldn’t be able to walk, talk or do what we do if it weren’t for the fact that we copied someone. We all copy from the minute we are born and throughout our lives. Copying is organic. DNA copies. Copyright is anti-biological.
130. The idea of ownership of land makes no sense. No thing, living or inanimate, can be owned because ownership does not exist in nature. The concept of ownership is purely made up. The world’s resources are for everyone, both present and future. Like people and animals, resources cannot be “owned” by anyone. That doesn’t mean we disrespect another’s space, home or belongings. We must become stewards or custodians. Custodianship (of a home) may be set for as long as we desire, even to the day of death. It is up to all of us to find a new game to play, to reach a consensus on the terms and discuss methods of recording custodianship. A register or database needs to be available that is totally unconnected to government. There is plenty for everyone to live generously on earth as long as we don’t hoard or waste. Ownership is purely a man-made construct and is fundamentally an erroneous concept. Nobody has to lose anything as we restructure to a better way.
131. The idea of owning information has the overall effect of stultifying and deforming our minds as well as conferring advantages to those withholding the information. We cannot progress when pertinent information is withheld. All information of a public nature must be open and freely available. Secrecy in public affairs must be regarded as a breeding ground for corruption. However secrecy and confidentiality amongst individuals is a different matter.
132. The logic of intellectual property, patents and copyright, is fundamentally flawed, so too is the idea of prosecuting someone for copying. Copying is a natural biological behavior, as no living thing progresses without copying, first their parents, and later, others.
133. Rather than copyright, we advocate Open Source or Creative Commons practices. The free flow of information must be vigorously safeguarded.
Contracts
134. The future will always be unforeseeable. Therefore the idea that a contract can be entered into is a bogus idea as well as an unnecessary burden. Often one party bears the brunt of the burden should new circumstances arise that have not been foreseen when the contract was made (eg loss of a job) Usually the party that suffers the most from changed circumstances is the more vulnerable party to the contract.
135. We recommend that a new agreement be redrawn whenever a contract becomes untenable for any reason, even if simply out of choice. However respect for the other party’s inconvenience must be taken into consideration and atonement must be negotiated satisfactorily when breaches are made to agreements or contracts.
136. No one should be held to adhere to an undertaking that was made in the past. However, respect for the other party to the agreement/contract must always be taken seriously, as must living up to our agreements. Our word must be our bond. Our reputation must be our brand. When an agreement or contract cannot be kept, the prompt notification to the relevant parties must be made clear and speedily, with an openness to renegotiation and atonement.
137. Agreements should be drawn up with flexibility built in because nobody can foresee the future even with the best intentions. One method could be to agree to review the terms of the contract at specified intervals. The terms can either be renewed or discarded at those times. These review periods could be specified at origination (much like a lease to rent an apartment) and would give both parties flexibility.
Consent
138. Tacit consent must never be assumed in agreements or contracts.
139. Consent must always be explicit and never implicit.
“Opt In” or “Opt Out” Assumed Contracts
140. Some agreements rely on an “Opt Out” instrument where a signatory is automatically assumed to consent to extend an agreement automatically. In these instruments, unless steps are actively taken to specifically Opt Out, the party being automatically charged is assumed to be responsible for the obligation. This assumed consent is tantamount to extortion. It indicates dubious procurement, unless specifically agreed to beforehand. Often, automatic consent actually represents theft of consent. Parties who use the Opt Out provision must always be regarded with suspicion, particularly when the flow of money is in their favor, which it always is.
141. “Opt In” is the only legitimate means of consent. Consent must be explicit in contracts or agreements.
Tyranny
142. We consider tyranny unacceptable in all instances. Current and past training (based on greed, domination and murder) has made tyranny lurk below our awareness. We have become accustomed to it. Tyranny is deeply ingrained in our society and it will take time to unpack it completely, however all efforts must be made to identify it, confront it and call it out. We do not want a repetition of past atrocities.
143. Freedom of speech is the antidote to tyranny.
144. We must understand profoundly that when individual choice is restricted, tyranny will pounce to fill that void. We must therefore try to provide as many options as possible, not just one or two (Coke or Pepsi, Paper or Plastic, Republicans or Democrats). With this intent, we shall head in the right direction, even if it takes time to reach a comfortable balance.
145. We must seek to decentralize power in all circumstances. Centralized power, or power put into the hands of the few, must be seen as a recipe for disaster (as we have found through experience and history) The Egalitarian Proposal System is a totally decentralized accord.
146. The most dependable wisdom is the Wisdom of the Crowd. Extremes on either end tend to cancel each other out, leaving the median, which is often a better indicator of wisdom than hierarchy provides. We need horizontal systems of shared power to develop systems for finding consensus on every matter. This task is made easy today with the computing power at our disposal. It may be slightly unfamiliar at first but through practice will become automatic and expeditious. Basically we must learn to find consensus when we are not working alone.
147. We advocate the social structure called Sociocracy. Sometimes also called Dynamic Governance, or Fluid Democracy. However Sociocracy doesn’t go far enough because it does not quantify the approvals. But it is similar because it seeks to find consensus. Idealism
148. We must relearn to seek the ideal. We have been used to practicing compromise. We defer to reaching higher aims by seeking only what we think is practical or achievable or what has been done before. Whether in negotiations or endeavor, seeking the ideal as a first resort will retrain us to dream and create a more vibrant reality.
149. If we fall short of the ideal, we will be better off than aiming low. Aiming for what we want fuels inspiration. Imagination activates manifestation and puts us into a state of synergy.
150. Idealism should not be regarded as frivolous. Idealism gives the momentum for excellence and holistic satisfaction. Of course for it to manifest takes the next step - action.
151. Compromise has its place as it can settle conflicting desires or perspectives. However seeking the ideal and working down from there, retrains our minds for best outcomes even if we choose to compromise. The outcomes should come from a belief in abundance, confidence in ourselves and in each other, not from weakness, doubt or low expectations. We have more chance of getting what we want if we envisage it in a way that thrills us. This fuses imagination with emotion, and is very powerful.
152. Any “blueprint” worth its salt must have flexibility built-in, because nothing is as certain as change. The document though, must also seek coherence and consistency. The goal must be to simplify and clarify, rather than complicate or obfuscate. A constitution, manifesto or system for making change must be specific — we must make the ability for change a process that flows naturally and consistently, not something that is cumbersome, draining, erratic or time wasting. These systems can be decided by everyone who is interested in such matters. Simple questionnaires can be employed to find out what most people prefer. As tenets of this document (Architecture for The New Epoch) are acted upon, new and unforeseen situations will no doubt arise. Changes through open discussion, both online, and in person via questionnaires or dialogues can be easily solved. Everything must be negotiable. Open communication is key.
153. We must jettison centralized decision-making. Leaders will always tend to stand out, and that is as it should be. Leadership must be fluid not fixed. A leader must not remain the leader when there is someone else who has more capability. This changes the paradigm somewhat as we are accustomed to calling for a leader for a specific period of time. But this is old-hat and needs to go as it is a breeding ground for corruption and doesn’t serve us well.
154. Good leaders can be discovered by utilizing a simple ratings system. The system would allow us to rate each other so that those with high ratings are immediately identified (much like the 5-star rating systems in common commercial use) The rating system can be handled on an open, online platform where personal historical data can be viewed. This helps to determine the quality of a leader’s prior opinions, predictions, associations and accuracy.
155. Each person must see themselves as sovereign and under no one’s jurisdiction. This is a big mind shift. And we must see every other human as sovereign. Each human is on their own unique journey enhanced by the connections they make with other humans who are on theirs. This is the nature of this realm and something that we have been blinded to.
156. Not just humans but every other being we share this earth with must be seen as sovereign, with as much “right” to be here as we have.

158. The notion that humans are a superior species must be replaced by the understanding that all species are part of the web of life and all beings that exist, have no more or less right to be here than humans, and must live in the way their species was meant to live.
156. Humans are animals but we are not like animals. We are heirs of creation with choices no other species possess. We are the caretakers of nature. Caring for nature is our way of reciprocating for earth endowing us with unlimited choices that the creatures we share earth with, don’t have. Humans up till now, only took from the earth, without any thought of giving back. Caring for nature is our way of “giving back”.
157. As society moves out of the paradigm of supremacy and competition, it will move towards a paradigm of equanimity and collaboration.
158. Society will form differently when it is based on sovereignty. Instead of a central government or authority, people will tend to form groups or collaboratives. Businesses could convert to worker collaboratives. This changes the structure from hierarchy to a structure of hub-and-spokes, where the individual or the collaborative is the hub and the outreach towards others are the spokes.
159. In worker collaboratives, consensus is sought for decision-making. The Egalitarian Proposal System can be utilized for finding consensus promptly. As sovereigns above all, participation in decision-making will be totally voluntary. There will be no compulsion to vote. There will be no “bosses” — the originator of the company or CEO will become like every other worker who each will have the ability to have their say on any subject. Roles will be negotiable and determined by the individuals in the collective. This system will tend to bring out the best of people and allow those to shine who have particular skills that people value.
160. Successors. Individuals or collaboratives should get in the habit of determining successors for all roles and positions. This ensures that the collaborative’s future is carefully “guardianed” for sustainability, by maintaining skill sets and competencies, ensuring that worker’s futures are sustained, and not keep having to start again “from scratch” or fold if someone should leave or die. Succession should be a major consideration in every collaborative or group.
161. Collaboratives can form into media collaboratives, educational collaboratives (instead of schools), healthcare collaboratives or any other interest collaborative. The sky’s the limit. Once the collaborative is formed, the originator has the same power as everyone else in decision-making matters.
162. When society becomes decentralized and more community-oriented, schools will be very different from what they are today. Roles will blend much more organically as we are all teachers and students, and these roles will be interchangeable and instinctive. Teachers will be surpassed by students, and those students will become the teachers. Learning and teaching will be fluid, spontaneous and perpetual.
163. Apprenticeships need to be rekindled again, allowing new workers to learn through experience and tutelage and take advantage from experienced workers who share their skills and who mentor apprentices so that we can perpetuate our skills and not have to keep “reinventing the wheel” as well as not lose precious expertise.

165. We must learn to govern ourselves and participate in society as sovereigns. It is up to us to make the system engaging enough to inspire everyone to partake but participation must never be mandatory. Nothing must be mandatory in a free society. Poor ratios of participation should signal that more effort needs to be injected and refinements made. The major shift is to learn to be sovereign, to rely on ourselves and each other and not some massive bastion of power we hold above ourselves. This notion of verticality where some humans are more valuable than other humans is a psychological aberration that must be dissolved in our minds.
166. Freedom of information is the bedrock of prosperity and progress. It guards against ignorance and chicanery. Censorship must be vigorously opposed if we are to consider ourselves equals. Freedom of speech must reign supreme if we wish to evolve and return the world to harmony.
167. Wherever you go, leave the place as you found it, or better.

We encourage discussion of any of the concepts that are put here. Many of these concepts have generally been ignored in our culture and many more, such as: What responsibility does freedom infer? Do we own our bodies? Do we have responsibility for others? Are children the sole responsibility of their parents? Addendums:
A001. Minted: April 19, 2020 (Day 16, Tenth Moon, 000) We gradually but steadfastly adopt the metric system. The imperial system is too cumbersome and confusing and should have been discarded long ago. The metric system has more symmetry and simplicity and is easier to use.
New industries will sprout and new materials will be used such as hemp and it would be best to begin this era with metric measurements to avoid having to change over later.
A002. Minted: May 3, 2020 (Day 2, Eleventh Moon, 000) We replace committees and all elections of people, by voting for proposals rather than people. We vote on proposals made by others and we empower ourselves to make proposals we wish to see adopted by the community or society. We develop the software infrastructure to support this egalitarian system. We will no longer need state houses or state buildings. These may be repurposed to become distribution/learning and art centers.

I like your 80/20 “Goldilocks Ratio” … as it makes a lot of sense. At Aristaeus.Club we are using 9/13 = .692 to govern because 1/3 of the people of the world are willing to participate in evil… they don’t get a say in governance.
